About Us

Where it all began....

The Tipsy Wagon began in 2023 with a dream of becoming a mobile bar. With an old, damaged horse trailer, lots of hard work and dedication our dream became a reality. 

The Tipsy Wagon is a family owned mobile bar located in Hartsville, SC. From weddings, private and corporate events our bar is ready to serve at your next event.

The Pony

Best for: clients who are looking for a fun way to elevate their event

Package Includes

Best for: clients who are looking for a more full-service experience with little required of them.

The Stallion

Best for: clients who are looking for our full service experience for their event.

  • Alcohol Pickup + Delivery on Event Day

Bartender Only (No Wagon)

Best for: Clients who are interested in bartenders and alcohol service not served out of the Tipsy Wagon trailer.

$175 per hour

  • 2 TIPS Certified Bartenders
  • 4 Hours of service time
  • Coolers and Ice
  • Alcohol Quantity Recommendations
  • Alcohol Pickup + Delivery on Event Day
  • $175 per hour with minimum of 4 hours

First, send us a message, text, or call about your event and be sure to include an email address with your information. We will send you a service brochure and some questions to fill out. Once you pick your package, we will send booking information that will allow you to sign the contract, pay your deposit, and secure your date! Once your date is secured, we will be in contact about your event to get started working on details!

We can only serve beer and wine. We do not serve liquor. 

Yes, we will discuss your price range and get information based on what types of alcohol you want. We will then order it for you. You will then call the business and pay for the alcohol and leave the rest up to us! 

Yes, we do travel! We will travel up to 100 miles round trip. Over 100 miles round trip will result in a travel fee.
